Savings

The following energy savings analysis was performed on the 47 unit apartment building located at 3170 Donnelly St. in Windsor, ON. The K3D’s Heat Control System was installed over the summer of 2008, commissioned and tested over 2008-2009 heating seasons and put into operation on June 1, 2009. Data used for the analysis is based on electric bills available from the local electric utility (EnWin Utilities Ltd.). System performance is evaluated by comparing energy usage records for seasons 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 with 5 previous seasons.
